Finding Strength and Connection Through Caregiver Support

Caring for a loved one navigating chronic conditions, disabilities, or the frailties of age can be an incredibly rewarding yet deeply challenging journey. At First Unitarian Universalist RVA, our Caregivers Support Group offers a vital space to connect with others who understand exactly what you are experiencing. We invite you to join our welcoming community to share resources, offer mutual support, and find a compassionate listening ear. Gatherings are conveniently held virtually via Zoom on the second Wednesday of every month, ensuring accessibility for caregivers who need encouragement and connection without having to leave home.
